  1. so basically I would copy and paste one of the problem description thats marked like resolved for this plugin on the wordpress support forum:

    I installed the plugin, and I enabled WooCommerce lightbox. I entered a YouTube ID when I selected a product image. When I look at the product, all I see is the image that I selected. I cannot see a YouTube video embedded, or in a lightbox anywhere. I would like my YouTube video to be embedded on the product page.
    So basically, the plugin isn’t working at all.

      It seems like you are using external theme “ken” for WooCommerce. Our plugin supports all the default WordPress themes, but we are not sure that it would always work with external themes. As we cannot check compatibility of our plugin with all the themes available in the market.

      So its a compatibility issue with external theme of WooCommerce.
